•Where are you based?

Perth, Western Australia.

•What is your returns policy?

We do not offer refunds on returns. However, size exchanges are permitted for items from the same season, subject to stock availability.

Email to arrange exchanges at the cost of shipping ($12 AUD or $25 AUD for international orders).

•How long till my order is shipped?

All orders shipped within 5-7 business days! Unless on pre-order then please allow up to 3-5 weeks.

•What are your ethics?

Sweet Bitter prioritises ethical and sustainable practices in many forms such as producing limited quantities to avoid waste/over consumption and using eco friendly mailer bags. Im always striving to be more sustainable & will continue to do what i can to support this.

•Will you offer plus sizes?

Yes! Investing in inclusive sizing is a top priority once we can afford to expand our sizing.

•Where is everything made?

Everything is designed in Australia and made in China.

We chose to work with a small, close-knit manufacturing team where people are treated with respect and paid fairly.

Ethical production in China is possible, it simply requires time, diligence, and direct relationships.

Can i cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours. There will also be a $10 re-stocking fee.
