We ship from Perth, Western Australia.

In-stock orders are dispatched within 5–7 business days.

Standard International: A$45, or free on orders over A$600.

United States & Canada: 1–3 weeks

Duties & taxes

For most countries, duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout, so there's nothing extra to pay when your parcel arrives. If no duties are shown at checkout, any local charges are paid on delivery.

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are dispatched within 3–5 weeks. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order pieces, we'll send everything together once the pre-order items arrive. If you'd like your in-stock pieces sooner, please place them as a separate order (standard shipping rates apply to each order).

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. A $10 cancellation fee applies. Once your order has shipped, please contact Australia Post or your local carrier with any delivery questions.

Exchanges

We don't offer refunds for change of mind. Size exchanges are available for items from the same season, subject to stock. Exchange shipping for international orders is A$25, plus return postage. Email info@officialsweetbitter.com to arrange an exchange.

This doesn't affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty.
